Topping the experience are Island Rockers Sound System, Malta’s finest sound as well as some of the best DJs from the local scene and a magical lighting experience by Late Interactive. The Havana Club Rum bar, colourful market, artisan coffee and an interesting dub production workshop complete the weekend.
Friday night will be hosted by Fighting Dread, starring Polish riddim master Dreadsquad with Scottish MC Tom Spirals, an explosive live show from Manatapu and the return of the mighty James Diddio.
Bass Culture takeover on Saturday night with a French dub invasion, expect a heavyweight session from one of the hottest dub acts of the moment OBF Soundsystem with MC Sr. Wilson, along with the skanking cats Mahom and rising star Bisou for what promise to be two sublime live dub performances.
Sunday afternoon starts off with old-school ska and rocksteady band Island Roots, a special one-off reggae and ska set by local punk legends B.N.I. and Scottish selector Vixen Sound, resident at the popular Walk n Skank nights by Mungo’s Hi Fi and with Sinai Sounsystem.
